8.2 Users may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting 788w support. Pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures upon account closure unless the closure is due to a suspected breach of these Terms.
8.3 Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, 788w reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, Balances may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to appropriate authorities.
All content on the 788w Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface design, is the property of 788w or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 10.2 788w's total aggregate liability to any individual User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 788w makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users access the Platform at their own risk.
